If you don't have any other info, it's fine, and would save you time, and therefore is worth the money. I overlayed this on my garmin unit, and while there are a couple new sites, it's redundant, and some of the sites are just points on shore. If there was some tagged information rather than just a number, it would be a lot more useful. You really need both the gpx and pdf file, the latter of which tells you what kind of a fishing spot it is. I don't feel ripped off, but I was certainly hoping for a little more sophisticated info.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: We are sorry Charlotte County does not have a lot of reef sites like neighboring counties. They are a small county with limited resources. We have some points near shore that are either fish holes or there for user convenience. We are hopeful this county deploys more reef sites in the future.
