If you are purchasing a download you should create an account in order to access your download after leaving our site. View our Privacy Policy and feel confident your information is secure with us.
You don't need a PayPal account to pay! If you are purchasing shippable products and you prefer not creating an account, PayPal can easily process your credit card payment with a valid email address and credit card.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a Florida address will be charged FL Sales Tax based on the FL county in your Ship To address. Tax is charged on shipping per Florida Department of Revenue rules & regulations. Downloaded data files are tax free in Florida!
Shipping - Cutoff Time 9:30 AM Monday - Friday
We primarily use USPS to ship our products. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please email us for a shipping quote.
If you require faster Priority Shipping, contact us for a quote.
Shipments are sent out within 1 business day (usually the same day if ordered before 9:30 AM), then your order should arrive 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Ground shipping to the west coast can take longer.
We offer Expedited Shipping for memory cards, just add this item to your order. For products other than memory cards, we offer optional shipping methods for an additional cost - simply place your order, and in the note field tell us you would like expedited shipping and we will reply to your emailed with a quote. We will send you a seperate invoice for the shipping charges and ship your expedited order once payment is received.
For tourists and snow birds shipping to a Florida address that is not your "official" postal service address, please either ship General Delivery to the nearest post office or select the UPS Suppliment shipping and add it to your cart so your order does not get lost! USPS will not ship to a temporary address.
Download Products
Files are ready to download immediately after your payment is processed. PayPal will send you back to our store and the download page. Files are available for 7 days with a maximum download of 5 times. To access files, login to your account and select your order. If you need your files after 7 days, please contact us and we will email you your file.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to Data Files and Products shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery of the Data Files or Products to shipper.
Return Policy
Products (excluding memory card packs) - 30 day in resalable, unused condition in origional packaging.
Memory Card Packages - 30 days on unopened packages only. In the rare occurrence of your memory card being defective, we will replace it with the identical product at no charge once we receive back the defective disk.
Downloaded Data Files - No returns on data files once you have downloaded them from our server. Our server shows successful downloads and once you have posession of them, you cannot return them Data files are guaranteed to work so if you have any issues we will email you replacement files.
If you are not happy with your Product purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping unless your return is due to our error.

Defective Products
Our quality control procedures ensure all products are shipped new and in perfect condition. If the rare situation arises that a product is defective, we apologize and are happy to refund your purchase or replace the product. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective.
Any defective Data Files will be promptly replaced via email with the identical item purchased.
Any defective memory cards or data files contained on them will be replaced with the identical product you purchases either via email or we will ship you a new package. We reserve the right to determine the best method for replacement that is mutually beneficial.
Any defective Product purchases will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product in it's original packaging. If a product is determined to be defective, we will refund you the return shipping charges for defective product returns. If you decide you would like a full refund for a defective product, we will refund you the full purchase price plus shipping both ways.
End User License
You must agree to End User License before purchasing products on our store and using our memory cards. You are permitted to use our files on all YOUR personal devices. You are prohibited from sharing or duplicating our files which are protected by international patent and copyright laws. We will aggressively pursue prosecution of any unlawful distribution of our copyrighted data files.
We apologize for requiring you to agree to our end user license if you are only buying products, our store software doesn't allow only selected purchases to agree to terms.
