Casson's professional Crab Picking and Eating Knife has a stainless steel blade that is great for picking the meat out of the crab and it's claws. Also good to hold in your hand while picking and eating at the table. The bamboo grass handle is ergonomic designed and very comfortable to hold. Keep the knife dry and clean, do not soak in water.
