Downloading - How to Download
Answer:
- If you created an account, you can access download files under My Account > Orders
- If you DID NOT create an account, do not close the order confirmation page, once you leave our store you cannot access the files. Email us and we will send them to you.
- Download files are located under the menu My Account > Orders
- Click the Download button next to each documet - one at a time.
You will receive a Warning from Windows with the choice of either Open
(view now then Save As to your computer) or Save & Open or Save - You can log in to your account later to download too!
NOTE: All Download Documents are available for Download for 7 days and you can download each 3 times. If you need files after 7 days please Contact Us and we will email you replacements.
