Memory Cards

We are sorry but we do not support Furuno units due to their particular requirements. You will need software to convert our files or manually type in waypoint coordinates from our PDF file lists.

Important Warning!

All data is overwritten during import on all Furuno® units. You have a few options to retain your current waypoints.

  1. Write down your waypoints and manually type them in after you import our waypoint file.
  2. Use MaxSea® software to merge our waypoints with your waypoints.

Always backup your units data before importing new waypoints.

Older Furuno® Units with the large CF card cannot import our waypoints; if you have one of these units your only option is to manually enter waypoints from our PDF file lists. Please do not purchase our files, there is no way to get them on your unit.

GPX Files

Furuno® GPS units and chartplotters cannot read GPX files because they use a proprietary file format. You can use an aftermarket software MaxSeaTM to convert the GPX file and prepare it for import into your unit.
