Our memory cards include Raymarine® files ready to import into your unit. Check to confirm your older unit accepts our memory cards type. New models not listed accept our chips!
*Axiom models can use microSDHC max 32GB NTFS or FAT32 format / microSDXC max 2TB NTFS or FAT32 format (microSD native format of exFAT must be reformatted to NTFS or FAT32)
Older Raymarine® Units with the large CF card cannot import our waypoints; if you have one of these units your only option is to manually enter waypoints from our PDF file lists. Please do not purchase our files, there is no way to get them on your unit.
Only Raymarine’s latest generation of MFDs feature support for GPX file format (i.e. a/c/e/gS-Series MFDs and Dragonfly) and these same MFDs must additionally be operating with the latest a/c/e/gS-Series MFD software update or Dragonfly software update correspondingly.
Units older than 2014 do not have supported GPX file format. If your MFD model is other than those specified above, then Voyage Planner may be used to import a GPX file and then export an archive.fsh file for use by these older MFDs. NOTE: Select the voyageplanner.exe file, not the beta version.
3 things to consider if you plan to import GPX files on your own. Find this information in your user guide.
Current Raymarine® multifunction displays can utilize Voyage Planner software to import GPX files, merge with your existing data then export to your MFD. Voyage Planner imports and exports to Raymarine®, GPX and KMZ formats. Voyage Planner is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7. Apple OSx is not supported.
Multifunction displays include a PDF Document Viewer which allows you to open PDF files from a SDTM memory card.
Note: The document viewer does not support password protected documents or documents containing security certificates. An error message will be displayed if you try to open such documents.
